When will my order ship?

All packages will be processed/shipped within 3-5 business days with flat rate shipping and 1-2 business days with priority shipping. Select priority shipping for the quickest, most reliable shipping method.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email as well as an email when your order has shipped (make sure you put your email in on the order page in order to receive these updates). If you cannot locate your confirmation email, Email us at contact@shopconfetticloset.com

What if my package is missing?

If your package is lost in transit, please file a claim with the carrier and then please email us your claim number to contact@shopconfetticloset.com so we can file a claim for the package as well. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

What is your return policy?

We hope that you love all your purchases from The Confetti Closet. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You MUST wrap the item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Items purchased that are on sale or items that are purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE. 

ALL SEASONAL/HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories (such as hats, socks, jewelry, etc), leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will not be eligible for return as it damages the box.

We do not offer exchanges. We recommend re-purchasing the correct size and using your store credit for a future order after your return is processed.

ALL INELIGBLE RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED & you will have to purchase a $7.99 shipping label to have the item shipped back to you.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process it. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. Store credit expires 1 year from the date it's issued.

Orders will not be canceled once placed but you are welcome to ship the items back for store credit once you receive them if they are eligible for return.

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at contact@shopconfetticloset.com and forward photos of any damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at contact@shopconfetticloset.com and forward photos of any damage.
