Returns/Refund Policy

We hope that you love all your purchases from The Confetti Closet. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

You MUST wrap the item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Items purchased that are on sale or items that are purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE.
ALL SEASONAL/HOLIDAY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
Other items that are Final Sale include all accessories (such as socks, headbands, hats, jewelry) leggings, bodysuits, swimwear and athletic wear.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
ALL INELIGBLE RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED & you will have to purchase a $7.99 shipping label to have the item shipped back to you.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process it. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. Store credit expires 1 year from the date it's issued.
Orders will not be canceled once placed but you are welcome to ship the items back for store credit once you receive them if they are eligible for return.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at contact@shopconfetticloset.com and forward photos of any damage.
